Neighbour Gift Calculator
Spoilers: this page shows every trait each neighbour can have. Tick the rolled traits you've discovered (the neighbour panel under Housing → Neighbours) and log what your gifts scored. The calculator works out what your other rolled traits could be and which gifts score best. How it all works is in the Neighbours Guide.
